Full Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Design and develops prospect customer acquisition strategies and client relationship management programs.
  • Key player in sales process development, schedules follow-ups and provide the onsite sales support to clients.
  • Prepares daily call plans and reports and discusses them with the project lead and reports any problems encountered for assistance and guidance.
  • Looks after client accounts, meet and exceed targets with respect to revenue growth and projects activities, customer retention and acquisition.
  • Develops effective working relationship with clients and employees through regular meetings to identify further sales and business development opportunities.
  • Lead and executes the identification and segmentation of potential, industry-specific clients, studies their business and convince the value and benefits of the programs value proposition.
