Full Job Description
- Develop and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns aligning with MCL's vision.
- Strategically engage and grow the digital audience, ensuring a positive brand presence.
- Lead paid marketing campaigns across all social media platforms as well as search, to implement a growth campaign that drives additional members and revenue
- Collaborate on a cohesive digital content strategy with content teams.
· Support in developing channel strategy across new product launches and evergreen campaigns achieving revenue goals.
· Spearhead revenue growth and creative innovation within your channel mix through a combination of creative strategy, campaign optimization and on-site growth tactics.
· Work with internal Tech and content teams to support conversion rate and funnel optimization efforts and testing.
· Analyze results and communicate campaign performance to broader team and senior leadership.
· Create automated dashboards, run reports, measure performance, conduct post-analysis of initiatives, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Collaborate on strategic PPC advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Oversee SEO and SEM strategies for enhanced online visibility and targeted traffic.
- Use analytics tools for insights, guiding continuous improvement in digital campaigns.
- Collaborate on effective email campaigns,
designing templates, creating compelling content, and strategically
segmenting lists. Track campaign performance to nurture leads and enhance
customer relationships
- Develop smooth customer journey maps, facilitating the transition to digital subscriptions.
- Marketing Automation Efficiency - Employ tools and platforms to automate repetitive tasks, including email scheduling, social media posting, and lead nurturing
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with diverse teams for seamless execution of digital initiatives.
- Innovation and Trends - Stay updated on industry trends, bringing innovation to digital marketing strategies.
