Full Job Description

·       Support courier activities to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

 

·       Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.

 

·       Assist in executing the courier strategy to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

 

·       Support the Courier Manager in developing and implementing sales processes, tools, and capabilities.

 

·       Track and monitor monthly and quarterly performance against operational targets.

 

·       Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.

 

·       Recommend actions to address performance shortfalls and operational challenges.

 

·       Assist in managing, developing, and supervising the courier team to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.

 

·       Ensure the team operates efficiently to meet courier service goals and targets.

 

·       Maintain records and reports related to courier activities.

 

·       Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
