Full Job Description

§  Carries out regular sales meetings with staff to review sales progress, maintains good employee relations to ensure the highest degree of morale and discipline and provides results driven leadership.

§  Ensure unit meets revenue and customer satisfaction objectives for direct areas of responsibility using the value selling process; partner with the sales team to interface with clients with the objective to meet and exceed sales goals.

§  Sets individual sales Team’s targets and ensures that it is implemented.

§  Carries out regular client list review and discusses with sales executives their daily plans, gives them guidelines and where necessary accompany them on sales trips.

§  Maintains sales contacts with appropriate representatives of major brands and ensures follow-up and amicable resolution of complaints/issues and keeps the Advertising Manager informed.

§  Identifies new ideas for development of Direct Sales, discuss them with the Advertising Manager and plans for their implementation through Sales Executives.

§  Maintains close liaison with relevant departments and make monthly sales and collection reports to the Advertising Manager.
