§  Grow physical and digital copy sales, focusing on MCL network expansion, effective distribution, vendor retention and expansion and new sales territories and platforms.

§  Develop, guide and implement the overall business plan for the circulation sales team, providing results-oriented leadership to ensure your team performs at the highest level.

o   Refine, communicate and drive execution of MCL's digital newspaper sales strategy through various electronic kiosks and platforms (EGazeti, Nation ePaper).

o   Champion knowledge of all available MCL platforms where readers can purchase our content, and empower your team to cross and up-sell these platforms to their customers.

o   Set ambitious goals for your downstream ensuring each salesperson has clear targets for  physical copy sales and digital newspaper subscriptions

o   Cultivate corporate sales partnership opportunities to grow our print and digital newspaper circulation business.

o   Manage relationships with digital distribution partners to ensure that products are promoted effectively

o   Increase electronic newspaper sales volumes, and net e-kiosk subscriptions to 70% of total MCL circulation in the next 3 years. 

§  Collaborate with the content (editorial), marketing, technology and advertising teams in determining what stories or headlines sell and which platforms to distribute them on.
